Our Values

Mission Statement

The Charles Ralph Holland Memorial Library strives to make ideas and information available for people of all ages and backgrounds in Gainesboro and surrounding communities. The library provides a variety of resources for recreational, intellectual, cultural, educational, and occupational purposes. The mission is also to provide multiple technological resources to help meet the residents and visitors of Gainesboro's needs.  

Vision Statement

Jackson County has a population of over 11,000 and is one of Tennessee's oldest counties. In the Upper Cumberland region, the Charles Ralph Holland Memorial Library is a lively center of the community and is for entertainment, engagement, and education. Along with these, the library is a physical destination for gathering and recreation.
